Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does the price include set up and delivery?
A. Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

Q. Do you deliver to other cities?
A. Yes, but please be aware that due to rising fuel costs and the possible need for an extra truck and labour, travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.

Q. Does the standard 4-hour rental time include your set-up time?
A. No. We arrive early to set up so you get the full rental time to play.

Q. When do you set up?
A. This depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1–3 hours before the rental time begins. On busy days we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If so, we will call the Friday before to confirm someone will be at the location.

Q. We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies. Are they always that dirty?
A. No. The jump should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.

Q. Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A. Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit continuously. Once unplugged, it deflates. We require an outlet within 50 feet or a generator. Longer cords can trip breakers, so we provide heavy-duty cables.

Q. What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A. Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We offer them at a reasonable cost. Parks are first-come, first-served, so arrive early.

Q. What payments do you take?
A. Cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as drivers do not carry money.

Q. What if we need to cancel?
A. Please refer to our policies page for full cancellation details.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes. All orders require a $50 credit-card deposit. Fully refundable if cancelled at least 8 days before your date. Cancelling 2–7 days prior results in a 1-year rain check.

Q. How big are the jumps?
A. Most jumps are 15' x 15'. Check the required space for each unit and measure your area to ensure it fits. Jumps need room for stakes, clearance for the blower, and must not rub against walls or trees. If you have stairs or a tiered garden, please contact us.

Q. What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A. Check the listed requirements. You must have at least 4 feet of access space. Larger units can weigh up to 650 lbs, so we need a clear, wide path.

Q. What surfaces do you set up on?
A. Grass (ideal), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on rocks, as they damage the vinyl.

Q. Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A. Yes. A link is included in your receipt, or you may contact our office.

Q. Are we responsible if the unit gets damaged?
A. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, damage resulting from failing to follow safety rules or negligence (e.g., not turning off the blower in high winds) will result in charges up to full replacement cost. This is why signatures are required on all safety rules.
